YOGA passion

I have always been a spiritual person with a loving and caring nature for all.

My journey with teaching began at an early age with preschool children. In addition, I have taught all age groups from children through senior citizens. Included is even a very diverse background with education.

Teaching yoga & meditation

The love for nature and spirit strengthened in early my adulthood.  While in college at Slippery Rock University I received a degree in Park and Recreation/ Environmental Education. This is where my views of everything and everybody are connected. There, I realized we are a living being interacting with one another. Therefore, the connection to your body affects your world. Lastly, the stronger your connection with your body the stronger connection you have with the world around you.

Meditation & Yoga Journey

In 2013, I was looking for a way to connect with my body on a deeper level. Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I wanted answers. Much appreciated, through the practice of yoga and meditation I started listening to my body and what was needed.

Wanting to share my love of yoga & meditation with others. I started my journey to do that by completing my 200 hours of yoga teacher training and started teaching.

What brings me to this point in my life, you ask? let me answer that by saying, I had been in remission with my autoimmune disease since 2015.

Summer of 2019 I had a flare with my disease which not only affect me physically but, mentally as well. Furthermore, strengthening my faith in listening to my body.

Artist Statement: I have helped people lead balanced, fun and meaningful lives. Over the last 7 years, I have helped students to experience less life anxiety and reduce daily stress through the practice of yoga and meditation.

Yoga and meditation is your journey to finding yourself. Every journey is different. My services are custom to fit you.
