When you think or say the word Joy what comes to mind.  Could it be the thought of a loved one or could it be a memory from long ago. Yes, joy could be those definitely.  But, we can get busy with life to overlook joy daily.  Overlooking joy daily we could be missing a big part of our life.  Joy isn’t just a fleeting emotion; it’s a state of being, a mindset cultivated through mindfulness, gratitude, and intentional living. In this blog, we’ll explore the essence of joy and how you can invite more of it into your life, starting today.

Joy and it’s factors

What exactly is joy? Unlike happiness, which often relies on external circumstances, joy emanates from within.
